We build a 2 bed 650 sq ft floorplan on a stacked triplex design in columbus urban core where property values are the highest. renderings and floorplan attached. 

And we're planning to build a 2800 sf house consisting of a 2000 sf 3 bed 2 bath main house on the ground floor as well as a 2 story attached 1 bed 1.5 bath ADU (400 sf ground floor and 400 sf 2nd floor); plus a decent size one car garage and a car port.

I know all the numbers on the stats. 43205 is on average $300 per sq ft and 43203 is about 15% less than that. renderings and floorplan are attached. with new construction you control everything.

And mail you send normally will not have that unique decoration attached, so you would also have to deal with that somehow.

When people feel a strong attachment to their city, they are more likely to invest in its future, including purchasing homes and putting down roots.

Even just holding properties can have expenses attached like utility bills, homeowner association (HOA) fees, taxes, and more.

The big loophole I see on this is on item 7 of the attached document. 

Come on...I paid you to stay here; don't attach strings to basic amenities.
