Well as I am approaching the next phase of my CRE journey I  was wondering if you could give some feedback on a broker package.

I've heard about Goldman Sachs and other large institutions buying thousands of loans and holding on to them (punishment for the its role in packaging and selling toxic mortgage-backed securities in the housing meltdown).

Thankfully my agent was able to get the resale package from the HOA so we we're able to move forward last week.

So, they can't package their new mortgages and sell them to Fannie Mae.

If you have money, you can look into buying package deals or investing in funds that invest in single family portfolios to get a better bang for your buck.
