Wanted to know if Freddie Mac putting out $420 million in non performing loans (first of 2018) will mean anything to mom and pop investors?

Goldman is just about half way in paying back the fines so they will most likely be still doing their massive buy/hold/forgive debt to earn the credits needed to forgive most of the remaining fine balance. As far as trickle down from their portfolios, don't hold your breath.
