If they did it once, they may wait for your insurance to buy you new tools and then hit you again.It used to be that way in Portland Metro but we have seen some thefts in our new construction you cant really lock them up until you get doors windows garage door.. so there is always a time were your HVAC water heater and wiring Plus tools are at risk.. we had one get hit they broke sheet rock to get the copper wire but then left a roll of wire sitting in the garage.. not the sharpest folks.In other markets like Chicago espeically south side there are protection systems one is called a DAWG google that one LOL.. basically you have to put in all metal windows and doors so in the winter you have to run portable heating to work and kegle lights In Jackson MS in the rental areas the guys working never leave any tools you pack up each day..

. $150 will get you at least 5 seasons, maybe up to 20 if you run it clean and are careful not to hit anything with it.1 - Take five minutes and check the yard for sticks, rocks, stumps, roots and hidden metal stakes (garbage too)2 - Clean the air filter every time you use it3 - Mix the gas with Seafoam or some similar gas stabilizer/cleaner - also try to run the mower out of gas every time - never buy more than 1 gallon of gas at a time as it goes bad pretty quick (or even buy just a half gallon)4 - Change the oil every year, the blade and spark plug as neededDo all that and a mower will last a very long time and continue to start very easily, unless you bought a dud.

And depending on what you want it will run into a small air handler with a coil and fan, or if you choose a “mini split” there will be multiple line sets running to the “heads” basically the fan and coil all in one that mounts inside the room and looks very nice.Depending on the square footage and what the original heat pump was (air handler with duct work already installed?)

For AC systems I have a wonderful local AC company in my town do two services a year... one in spring and one in fall... they make sure the filters are replaced, blow out the condensation drains, clean the coils and make sure all is well.
