I really have to give them a slice of that pie too?

If I haven’t been in or my maintenance man hasn’t been in all the units in a building in over the course of the year I schedule a smoke detector/carbon monoxide detector check and have my maintenance man go in to test the units and scope things out.

My debt to income ratio is horrendous and I've been doing my best to slice my budget down to live below my means to cut out and work on this debt.

I'd look to slice of pieces one at a time (or not slice) for comforts sake.

So those that live in California and the north east you basically get one gallon of milk and a slice of bread.

It's always better to have a small slice of the pie than no pie at all. 

I would say the space it is still very risky however one slices it. 

Any way you slice it, I think 2021 will be an interesting year.  

You could still do a syndication but the others would have a small slice of the GP (controlling interests).

WS are only in it for their slice and they don't care if the seller is getting screwed over or the buyer is getting a good deal or not.
