Real Estate Agent and REI/Wholesaler at the same time?

Posted

Hey BP fam!

I’m stuck between a rock and a hard place. I’m currently in Georgia. I have better knowledge on wholesaling so now I want to partake. But I read the contract at my soon to be broker… again… and not so much. Also the things stated regarding owning rental property. Choosing my words carefully here. So my question is, can I wholesale and carry my operate as an active agent? Certain amendments and clauses? Is this the case with all brokerages? Also, the end game is to own and hold properties. I really have to give them a slice of that pie too? I’m not feeling it. Is it worth becoming an active agent? Please advise me below. I respect the experience and welcome all helpful advice. Thank you in advance.
