2021 CLT Market Predictions
Hi everyone,
There has obviously been a lot of positive and negative speculation on the 2021 housing market due to Covid. I'm interested in hearing your opinion's on the subject and what you think will happen.

Demand remains high and listings are at levels half what they were a year ago. If the population growth we’ve seen continues, rates stay low, and supply remains low we will continue to see increased pricing.
Builders are working hard to develop new housing to accommodate for the demand.
