one way to leap frog compared to when i started is to get on a top producer team and have them feed you leads .. 

Inflation is real and even appreciation equal to inflation produces a good return from appreciation when leveraged.Virtually no one starts with a perfect initial property purchase.  

When that time comes, i would suggest getting one lease from all the tenants in there so the whole home is leased to all of them instead of trying to produce multiple leases for the property.
