Frequency of claims REALLY matters.

Frequency and severity of storms are a real issue right now.

I defiantly would want to include retreats in the group, probably once or twice a year.I’m also not sure the frequency or the format to make it the most effective.

Jennifer  A REIT is just a corporation but has a different tax code which they have to distribute 90% of profits (check that to confirm) and have their own tax code.The frequency of distributions is spelled out in the offering circular / prospectus. 

There is a reason the more expensive ones are better is all I am saying, so I wouldn't conclude that all toilets break at the same frequency.
