Basically with this guy, and I told him this after I finally got him to move out (and yes it was difficult as New Mexico tenant law is silent on this issue.

You can organize an LLC on-line same day in many states (ie New Mexico for $50).

If you're a millennial in SoCal reading this, realize that Puerto Peñasco AKA Rocky Point in Mexico is less than four hours away from Phoenix if you really must see the ocean on a regular basis.How many of the 10,000+ Baby Boomers turning 65 every day and retiring are sick and tired of snow and cold weather in northern states and are deciding to come to Arizona and wear shorts on Christmas in warmer weather? 

I'm telling myself that I'm going to go until at least Feb 2020 when we are going to Mexico, but I'm hoping to give up sugar for good.
