Loan Options for new build duplex with lot paid off in NorCal

Hello Everyone. Im new to the forum and loving it. Im an electrician by trade and plan on taking my general contractor license next month. Ive done many jobs for investors and after many years I finally decided to build my own duplex. Pops and I recently purchased a vacant lot cash and plan on building a duplex from the ground up. What are some of the loan options out there. Im located in Northern California.
