Will:I don't think Detroit will be the next Hollywood because of the weather and infrastructure ( Most of the vendors are in California, New York, Chicago and Florida) but it can definitely have room to grow in that direction.To of you who love to bash Hollywood.Just remember, that Hollywood is one of the last manufacturing industry in the country and one of the biggest exporter which bring lots of revenue here.

I know for sure you can transition from QuickBooks to/from Buildium, Escapia, Propertyware, and other software.As long as they have an integration with QuickBooks or you can export the data into excel or PDF format you will be fine.Gita

You can also save it as a CSV file if you need to export the list to another service like click2mail.The only problem with excel is that as your lists grow it becomes harder and harder to keep things organized.

If I need a P&L by property, I can do it quickly as well.But the feature in QB I like the most is you can use standard reports or make custom reports and export directly into a Excel spreadsheet.

I can't find a solution that allows you to do all of the following together:- import property data and owner contact info- easily group/filter/tag and export for mailing lists- handle direct mail efficiently (e.g. not wait 3 weeks until the first mailer goes out.. yeah really)- easily associate contacts with propertiesHow hard can it be??

Once clicked, you can "Import calendar," where you bring VRBO's calendar into Airbnb's, or you can "export calendar," which should give you a link to take over to VRBO to sync on that site as well.
