What is a good starter financial platform for managing your rental properties?
Hello Bigger Pockets Members!
I'm curious if anyone has an opinion on what type of software would be good to start out with in buy and hold real estate investing? I have looked into Quickbooks, Quicken, SimplifyEm, Buildium and Rent Manager.
I am brand new to RE Investing and currently only have one buy and hold property. I want to make sure my bookkeeping is in order as I look for my second property and so on. In my limited research it looks like I would only need something like SimplifyEm to start out with. Does anyone know if it's possible to transition from one software to another as your business grows?
Also, I'm still learning my way around this site so if this post belongs under a different forum please let me know.
Thank you!!
