Paying someone to pull lists and skiptrace
Hello everyone! Had anyone had any experience with hiring someone from fiverr or Craigslist or another place to find off market distressed property listings & skiptrace? What are the pros and cons is it worth the money if I don’t have much time to do that legwork?
