An investor out of my area reached out to me after seeing my AD on Craigs list about wholesaling and bird dogging .

From my perspective, "bird dogging" for someone in my area would be ideal - I think if I knew what an investor wanted and where, I could find it for them. 

Wouldn't they basically just be another bird dog...Thanks!

If you only have $2k to invest, wholesale or be a bird dog.

I've networked with a few investors in town and pretty much explained to them I would be there bird dog as long as they walk me through my first few deals.

Other favorites lies to deceive a seller are "subject to my partners approval" and your dog can be your partner.

I don't want people dogging on other people and acting like know it alls because the most valuable lesson I learned was what I didn't know.  

Iv been in car sales for about 5 years and was always top dog at every dealership.

Some may not know how much work this can take to do.Now talking about the dog; that is entirely up to you and what you are willing to deal with.We just accepted a tenant with a dog, but charged a $150 non-refundable deposite.

I'm 100% occupied too so I'm well-versed in tenant behaviors, tastes and market demand down to the subdivision level.
