I had to call multiple businesses looking up google reviews, check availability, get quotes then schedule.

.- Working a W2 as a firefighter, posting and consuming content- Leaving my W2 to dive deep into real estate investing and working as an agent... and still watching/posting content all while business was ok - Deleting social media apps (one have one on my phone that I use 10 minutes or less a day), diving deep into building my business and skills which have drastically increased due to pure focus and increasing my business significantly- moral of the story... focus on the things you need to do in business (dollar productive activities) and life experiences while reducing consumption will increase your success  

My plan is to maintain the status quo and benefit from annual rent increases and equity gain as the tenants' rent covers the mortgage.

Every loan and bank will have its associated fees and cost as its the price to do business but if you see more leverage in tapping into existing equity that could very well be the case.

Only thing that has happened is that remaining tenant is paying both portions so there is no eviction.I'd speak to the remaining tenant and find out what happened and what is the plan moving forward.

It would cost a lot to get the planning approval and do a complete renovation of the 2 units.Can anyone suggest what would be my options at this point?
