I worked with many banks (BOA/WAMU/Ocwen/Countrywide...) as well as with McCalla Raymer Foreclosing Attorneys.  

In general you really want to find a bank that is known for not calling their loans due, like the Chase and BOAs of the world. 

Considering this is BOA it is going to be virtually impossible to buy it directly from the bank.

@Raymond HillI've been looking at banks and from what I've seen and heard, it's best to find smaller community banks or credit unions than going with a Wells Fargo, BoA, etc.

I used to have a 7 foot Boa Constrictor.

Because I bet it did and it's a BOA error.Then, take that documentation to BOA and get them to credit your account.Then, change banks.
