The only one that really threw me for a loop was Lisp, being that you can't write a line of code that is not recursive it tends to be mind bending, for me anyway.Back in the day you had to write your own kernel, VxWorks ( the kernel that put the mars lander on mars) simply wasn't around, so one was forced to understand OS/Kernel concepts (interrupts, timers, interrupt vectors, timing overruns, I/O, drivers, etc).

I took a look at the Fort Bend County appraisal records for previous years and it looks like the owner did not claim any exemptions, however I chose to use the most recent appraisal rate and calculate taxes based on the current rate.Thanks again!

my advice go to your local real estate company and get a agent. if you feel really nice go to the company and find the newest agent who hasn't made any money since he/she got a license and i bet they will bend over backwards to make you happy in this transaction!

I have looked into old sugar land (Townwest area and etc) 77478 zip code, parts of Houston ( 77083) Fort bend School district and Katy near Cinco Ranch ( 77450) but not Cinco Ranch since it is too expensive.
