If there is a terrier breed it will bark for you.

I am going to move on and learn some things from these forums that will benefit me instead of lingering around on here like a puppy dog who has nothing else to do but to keep barking on here.

I have a multi-unit in Baltimore who recently acquired new neighbors.. they have two pit bulls who are in the yard 24/7 and whenever anybody is outside they lunge at the fence growling and barking to no end.

If I'm reading you correctly, I tried barking up that tree a few weeks back.

I think some new pain plus maybe some more shutters (plus a better color) and window boxes along with some bark mulch, bushes and flowers should bring that house to life. 

Pressure washers are ok if the person knows how to use them.Then some colored bark/mulch around the garden type area by the entry (between the walk and building) and maybe a load of crushed rock/gravel spread in the drive would give you some cosmetic pop for very little money. 

Am I simply barking up the wrong neighborhood/town/region if I want to be landlord?
