If you had a software developer at your disposal, what kinds of software would you want him to build in order to grow, simplify, automate, or scale your investing efforts?

I've seen that Zillow has its own automated comp feature.

My (our) contractor informed me of this because he does the cleanings for other AirBnb's that she co-hosts and got an automated notice of an upcoming scheduled cleaning. 

Does anyone have experience with Clever Investor's "Deal Automator"?

In addition to that i've created a pretty automated sales process for investors to utilize & am always available when you have a specific property of interest. 

He set me up with an automated listing service that I can customize with keywords to find undervalued and distressed homes in my market.

There are apps that will give you automated notifications on Craigslist as well. 

@Dan Handford Brokers have nothing to do with it, I only mention that because off market multi-family anywhere in Mecklenburg has probably been solicited for 6 years or more, interested sellers usually have their pick of the litter and I'm just curious how you fared with that... sounds like 2 out of 11 ain't bad, what is your basic criteria or disqualifiers? 

The cost of an appraisal may not even be necessary as automated valuation models do not involve a human inspection of the property.

We're hoping to identify the pain points of those currently managing rehabs and determine the best way to solve for them with the use of AI, emerging technology, and automated processes.
