If you had a programmer st your disposal, what would he do?
I’m a software engineer trying to get my foot into real estate investing. The idea would be eventually moving away from the corporate software world entirely.
I know that my skill set would be useful for most REI's but I want some ideas of how. If you had a software developer at your disposal, what kinds of software would you want him to build in order to grow, simplify, automate, or scale your investing efforts?
