Ads are guaranteed to produce leads....as long as you have 2 key factors in place.1) You need to target the right audience2) You need to have the right budget.Now you also however need to understand your ad platform so you work with the algorithm, not against it.

I don't pitch (nothing wrong with that though ) Just Chill and Real Estate...I have observed that I get more assistance from meetup webpages and social media than here, which leads me to believe that there may be something wrong with my copywriting that is not friendly enough for the algorithm or something else.

Corelogic, the company behind Listsource, also offers MLS software and has a ton of licensed MLS data that is likely used in their automated valuations (they don't publish their algorithms so I don't know for sure).

It stays on your credit report and impacts your score and, at the end of the day, they are set up to use their algorithms that pull in the score as opposed to subjective scoring (again, this is where the more flexible lending options might actually be able to subjectively consider the number and cadence of hard pulls on your credit, but don't chance it).

It's 100% a relationship business with lots of human interaction and negotiating. 15 years in, Zestimates are still mostly junk because the algorithm can't see inside properties to be able to compare them to similar properties, or know neighborhoods house by house like an experienced local professional agent can.
