We went from a community that had regular Cop calls (I am talking 3-4 per week) and drug addicts to one where the residents now have a pride of ownership.

For the past 6 months I have been addicted to using my spare time to figure out how I can get rich and receive passive income.

I love the passive income and i am now working in real estate full time, it is addicting.

My town is full of unemployed drug addicts and thiefs, and I see the situation getting worse with this pandemic.

I currently have a non-paying meth addict living in a property who is selling off everything he can rip out to pay for his addiction.Someone requesting shelves be put in, calling you unchristianly and bitching online without even revealing your identity, should be water off a ducks back.
