Just finishing up a Turn Key in Fayetteville, NC. I found a property that the owner needed to part ways with, don’t know why he needed to part ways quickly but he did. New roof and new appliances came with it. So, was able to purchase a 80k property for 64k and 15% down and had 4K seller concessions. All in all I am in the property for about $9500. After i set aside all my reserves, I am cash flowing nearly 300 a month and I am using a property manager. I love the passive income and i am now working in real estate full time, it is addicting. I am now under contract for my first multi family where I will be house hacking!!
