Nice to meet you all. I was drawn to BP because of all the helpful free material. I'm a bit of a forum addict, so I'm glad to be a part of such a robust community. I'm doing some investigating now, because I'd like to be prepared to start investing in residential, buy and hold, multi-family and small apartments utilizing a management team, beginning next year. My plan is to get enough steady income from it to support my lavish lifestyle (pizza twice a week!)
