Does anyone happen to have a coupon code for the pay memberships for BP?

Once we zero on a deal, we like to do deeper due diligence with DealCheck.IO for which we have a coupon code if you are interested in more than their free version.

On the house sale, if you at least have your original down payment as equity that you would re-coup on the sale, then you would at least have that for the next down payment.

When I started out I used Lowe's and Home Depot to finance my remodels (especially Lowe's, 5% off everything when you use their cards) I never carried any credit card debt, always paying it off each month, but I did take advantage of their 3-48 month same as cash coupons and such.

These are typically investments being made by large REIT's and private funds that are looking for investment security and to be able to 'clip coupons' on a consistent basis.
