What apps and websites do you find helpful when analyzing a deal?
Hello team,
Everyone has their systems when analyzing a deal. What apps or websites do you use when analyzing a deal. Which are most helpful and why?
Thank you!

@Jonathan Roldan there are hundreds of tools and systems out there. That is part of the issue. What I have seen, and what we have done, is people over time convert/adapt/evolve/build their own in excel for whatever works best for them, their asset class, what’s important to them etc.
We have a greatly simplified spreadsheet that I am happy to share with you if you want. We use that for quick analysis and inventory building looking for great deals. Once we zero on a deal, we like to do deeper due diligence with DealCheck.IO for which we have a coupon code if you are interested in more than their free version. Please do not hesitate to DM me
