Real Estate or the Stock Market.

I just want to do everything possible to make sure I'm protected in every way, including making sure no one could ever go after non real estate assets like my stocks as well. 

As with any addition to housing stock, this option must overcome the hoard of NIMBYs, but I like its chances. 

AI can play a role in lead generatio and market analysis, but in the end you want an experienced human to be there on your side when stuff hits the fan. it would happen gradually , similar like travel agent, job agent, marketing agent , stock brokerage agent that the numbers are slowly reducing little by litle.we are moving to society where there would be trust more into machine than human, that's where the concept is moving on slowly and that's the very basic concept of AI. new generation want something that's more emotion-less, bias-less and much less costlier when possible.

In the beginning of 2025 I will have about $100k (hopefully more) in fully vested stocks for the company I work for.

Most people purchasing in the +$1M range will likely also be investing in the stock market.

@Lucas Vreeken, You want to think of a REIT as a "security" or stock like you would buy in a brokerage account. 

I think they're having as large, or larger impact, than an employee with lots of stock that may or may not be vested for some time.
