Perception is reality and if you, like many of the posters on this thread, believe that larger multifamily deals are harder then your mindset is going to prevent you from executing.

I can tell you some things about my target area that its historical society can't.In almost every single area of the USA, this business offers incredible advantages to the local investor who lives in her or his area and knows it well.

In a free democratic society morality is a statement of at-the-moment beliefs held by that society, and the free-market system votes on what is and is not moral via there commerce dollars.

Perception matters.For years now, I've been encouraging people to not be overly fearful about investing in real estate in Mexico, with the caveat that it's important that buyers/investors know what they're doing.

Try to readjust your perception of how the real estate market works.

Maybe you have, I have not.How does the NOI reflect reflect market perception?  

FORGET IT 🚩 And yes, Their all here advertising Property management But when the going get tough the PM is Missing in Action and they think you don't have enough perception to know the truth. best advice which I've read from this stream already is wait 1 or 2 days.

It's the transient space that is more work and headache, not particular professions of people.Let's give some credit to traveling nurses for being an important part of society.
