I've been investing in Milwaukee for almost a year now.

Wondering if anyone could help me with a reliable GC/Foundation Expert in the Milwaukee metro area.

consider proximity to an airport wit reasonable fares,  Manty and Trivers (local speak) are a Hike to Milwaukee Airport, and Green Bay is quite expensive to fly out of. just a thought, Unless you fall into a great deal, a $50-70K 4plex is gona be pretty rough,  both in condition and location, get familiar with the areas, and if you do settle in Manty, Just remember its Cooler Near the Lake, not sunglasses and board shorts cooler, like 50 degrees in late June, and 20 miles west its 80 degrees. just considerations.  

You can get more of a bang for your buck with a commercial property.  

I figure that the few bucks for paper, envelopes and stamps could be worth it. 

I just bought a duplex in Milwaukee, in a neighborhood I'm very familiar with, and used to live in.  

I live in Philadelphia (zip 19116) and as I mentioned above I want to start out investing in this area and the neighboring Bucks and Montgomery County areas.

If you want just a title search, it will only run you a couple hundred bucks, but I feel it goes along way toward buyer assurance.
