Project manager in Milwaukee, Wisconsin

I've been investing in Milwaukee for almost a year now. I on my 4th property. I've been succsessfull for the most part. But I find that the thing that takes the most time is going back & forth with workers.  I live in California....So, I am looking for a project manager that can check in on the workers make sure they are on track & working to the best of their ability.
