For buy and hold - One of the very first real estate investing books that I read and found to be useful in providing a foundational knowledge of deal analysis was "HOLD" by Gary Keller.

I have been a residential real estate broker with Keller Williams for a while before making the switch to a smaller firm with my family member.

He works with Keller Williams.

We live in Charlotte and joined the nation's largest real estate agency - Keller Williams - (Just across the SC border in Fort Mill) - so there is a lot of tech and data behind everything the company offers and what we do.

I've been considering Keller Williams here in Los Angeles where I live but I'm open to hearing about other great options.

I am currently reading Cashflow Quadrant, The Millionaire Real Estate Investor by Gary Keller and Grit by Angela Duckworth. 

These are places that are close to two major universities like TWU and UNTAlso a lot of businesses are moving to the Keller/ Southlake area so Roanoke and Trophy Club will be growing as well
