Looking for suggestion/insights on Abilene, TX multifamily market. Is this good area to be in for buy and hold and how's the vacancy rate there. I'm in DFW and have no idea about Abilene. Will appreciate if anyone experienced in Abilene properties can share thoughts on the area and if i should take into consideration.
