Storage, i was looking at getting a bed with under-bed drawers, as well as a dresser in the bedroom.The current stair design allows for a closet at the bottom of the stairs that will house the hot water tank, and additional storage for cleaning supplies, suit cases, etc.

Good solid homes in hot areas. 

Open to ideas to differentiate with significant CAPEX and operating expense add like hot tub.   

At this moment i am at Ramstein Air Base and im fairly familiar with the area around me and i believe there is great investing opportunities here.

It’s fairly easy to find a list someone else has compiled from data determining hot markets.

The game might be slightly different in some areas where there aren't as many 2-4 unit buildings, but there are always strategies like room share, renting out the basement/attic, air bnb, etc.

No to air bnb.Really don’t want to chase bad dollars with good dollars.
