We, and our owners, aren't worried about $15, but tenants really do feel like we are greedy fat cats when you do that crap.

There is some irony about not liking any wholesaler negativity while you throw your friends JV partner (a wholesaler) under the bus as "greedy".

It is a very competative sector and it varies a lot based on the commodity.If you really want to be a trader then most of the time it woudl make sense to get hired by a company that has an existing business.

There were hundreds of other traders with better/more battle-tested info that you could purchase reasonably.
