Personally I like Facebook marketplace but I get about 85% flakes who either just aren’t qualified or end up no-showing to the showings.

One with 38 units on KSL (Like Craigslist), two on the MLS, and another on Facebook Marketplace.Four of the four were seller-financed, two with 0% down, two with down payments, and one at 0% interest.

You can also check meetup.com or search Facebook for real estate investment groups, clubs, or meetings in your area.You will learn faster if you rub elbows with people that have been there and done that.

Depending on your market (and I know nothing about your area) you may consider facebook groups for students or marketing anywhere students/young adults can find you.
