@Casey MilesOne more thing you aren't normally looking at credit of guarantor depending on size but rather the amount of monthly donations they average when looking at their capability to stay.

It's open to DoD personnel normally but I believe if you make a small donation to their charity, they will accept you.

I was just in Charleston SC last month saw NO homeless camps and only one person with a sign and asking for donations.. just one..
