Pros & Cons of investing out of state with Turnkey companies???
Just wondering what everyone's opinions are on investing out of state with Turnkey companies. There are pros & cons like any type of investing, but it seems like if you find a good one to add to your team it can really help to expand your portfolio in a market you wouldn't otherwise. Interested to hear opinions! Thanks in advance for input!

I do offer turnkey properties I own. I also personally invest in other turnkey providers products in markets I'm not invested in to expand my portfolio where I want to test markets out & I don't have a team already established.
My main point of starting this discussion is to get better insight on the overall turnkey climate today, and see what kind of experiences investors are having. This helps to keep us all relevant as the market changes.
U went to school in Forest Grove ?
My eyes are good so far thank you.
Morris invest has done a number on the industry.. if anything other than for those who got royally taken.. the investors are somewhat wiser at least those that follow BP..
I think since I started in this end of the business in 2002 its much better than it was then.. More for real companies with sustainability.
