Do you have a custom seller financing package or like to use?

They were somewhat slow on process-4 weeks-but they had the best package.

This is at your discretion, but surely make sure you have a clear scan before disposal.

But then they sent me an email trying to sell me a $3k package that includes a "starter experience education pkg, an expert experience education pkg, homework assignments" and other marketing material. 

Have a property thats avail locally. two houses and a vacant lot all being sold as one package with asking price of 220k. 

For 1950s houses in the one package, I have a hard time believing total expenses are 35% of rents.

Call other Multifamily agents in the area and ask them for the marketing packages on the other deals they have in the area.

They all rent @ 2%+ what I paid for them and we've got them all in great shape.Now looking to offer for sale as a package deal and move on to the next challenge.

Could you obtain a higher sales price selling in packages?

This past few years they added a few things to their inspection though...for instance every sink must have a stopper, so I buy a package of the rubber ones each go round 'just in case' .
