I also like how an LLC makes it just a little bit harder for someone to find out my name and address.My question is this --   When signing a lease contract as a sole member LLC -- in order for the contract to be valid,do I have to print my full birth name under my signature line  OR can I do something like "authorized agent, XXX properties LLC".Thanks, Craig

In other words, if a client wants to sell quickly, he would offer to list it for $XXX,XXX and if it didn't sell after say 60 days, he would buy it for that price.
