Hello, my wife and I have been living in Sydney Australia.

I've never been there and don't know if I would like it but it's on my list to investigate because of what he told me.I would consider Europe, the Philippines, Thailand, Australia, New Zealand, and many other places.

I bought houses in different states in Australia.

In Australia, when you hit the 10 yr anniversary at your company you can take 6 months off paid (this was from the old days when folks needed time to get on a boat to go see family in England). 

I live in Australia, and googled about "Australia US tax treaty when selling property in USA", it looks like Australia has tax treaties with US, but I am unsure how it works.

I just ordered your book a few days ago :)Unfortunately I have to do my investing remotely: Australia where I currently live is just too expensive for me... until I have more experience and cash that is.

Hey man, so my issue is the fact that I live in Australia but am looking to wholesale properties in the US.
