I dont think REI follows the logic that a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush.

What I would like is someone located in the Baltimore area who is a seasoned investor who wouldn't mind taking on a new bird dog; NOT just to find you properties, but to train him on what it takes to become a successful investor.

For whatever reason, they never bothered to refinance it either and have a 6.25% interest rate on it.So I thought I might kill two birds with one stone.

One called Rare Bird has weekly meetings and seems to be pretty educational.

Maybe I could find some deals (bird dog) & in return you'd take me through the steps...

Find the most successful wholesaler there and offer to bird dog for them, or offer to place bandit signs in exchange for learning some of the business.

Maybe I can knock out two birds with one stone in this post...Can anyone babysit on Friday night?
