Coming Soon For Sale Signs Do They Work
These signs are new to me but starting to notice them on several properties in my area...are they a good idea ? I have a property coming available soon in a highly desirable area however the house is not quite ready to show. A sign like that would alert potential buyers that the property will be available shortly but I can see that it might be annoying that they can't see it and they might say could they just get a peek before it is listed and the house will not be pristine and staged and they might not see it at it's full potential. I can see both sides. Has anyone had any experience with these signs ?
