Is there a map of Baltimore that has a grade by each area of the city/county.Well, Thanks for reading and I am looking forward to learning as much as I can from everyone here. Thanks One of things I’m obsessed with when I invest is something I call “gaps” basically when there are two area next to each other that have huge price differences (of course sometimes they exist for a good reason) for instance for years PG county was about 200-300k cheaper than an exact same house a block over on the D.C. eventually that gap pretty much evaporated as pg went up and D.C. went down.
