I am very busy and considering buying a new build out of convenience and to avoid significant cap ex for next 5-10 years. 

@Imed Rebhi using programs like Zelle, quickpay, google pay, etc are very convenient, but they are not supposed to be used for business purposes.

@Cameron RileyI understand not wanting to pay a little for something, but there are a few ways you can think of it, we spend money all the time for convenience and if you have a program or a system that will quickly allow you to do something and it’s as easy as any of the other things you may normally do out of convenience you would do this too.The problem I found was what program do I use?

Changing a blown fuse is just not as convenient as flipping a breaker.

It is probably not very convenient for people who have no experience with regulated business but might be great for those who have experience and want to grow fast.I hope this model is applicable in US too.
