You will also get to witness bleeding heart judges going out there way to allow continued residence for tenants despite not paying.....but don't take my word for it, go check it out....when youre done there, go down to pratt st off mlk, go hangout in the section 8 office during walk in hours, witness the ridiculousness that ensues down there.....dont shoot the messenger

Heck, I was accused of giving terrible advice when I posted it in a thread in which the landlord was being given instruction by the tenant as to when the landlord could access her property!

The IRS more often than not rules against cases like this- at least, this is what I've witnessed and heard from investors and exchange facilitators.

Again, that is a might because I don't know exactly what will happen or if it's worth it for the accuser if you ever get sued.Bottom line, if this is really important to you, I'd get a lawyer's opinion.

I was not witness to the original conversation that happened with the tenant and my husband.

I never witnessed such obvious poverty until I moved to Terre Haute.

Now, I am terrified of checking the mail for fear that there's some other screw up thanks to some moron lender, some idiot insurance agent or some half-wit real estate agent.

Then, all you need to do is work with a notary to witness signature on one or two of the documents in the closing package..  

That is where accusations of immoral, or karma, or it will hurt your business come from.
