In most cases, the HOA is responsible for anything outside your walls and you are responsible for anything inside the walls.I would pay the bill to ensure the utility is good, then go after the HOA.

So many wrong numbers too and those folks sometimes reply very negatively.I'm hanging in there waiting for 2021 and forbearance coming off and banks starting to mail out NODs forclosure notices.
