Account Closed it's unusual to buy a place that's already furnished unless it's a short term vacation rental  ...at least here in the States but anything can be negotiated if you wanted the furniture .

If you sold the property for $16k as you say and the buyer paid every closing cost, which is unusual, then the amount of $16k for closing cost seems to be extraordinarily high for only the buyers' side and the buyer would have had to pay your closing costs.
