Under $150, easy to install and use, tenant can set their own code but landlord can retain the master and always have access, tenant can't lock themselves out, standard key for emergency backup, batteries last a couple years, etc.

You have a couple ways to access that equity.... you can 1031 your orange county property into a large multifamily and create cashflow that way.

I'm biased and can provide reasons and data to show that using an agent will protect you, get you more money, less stress and so on.The reality is you can do it yourself, but tenants generally don't cooperate with showings and that causes lots of problems for buyer to access the unit to show, inspections, appraisals etc.
