@Greg Downey  as a lender and you probably know this since it says your a lender in your title.... you simply cannot stay in business if you dont make a minimum of 4k on a file no matter the size.. this is were most folks get all confusedthey think 2 points on a 40k loan they should only pay 800.00 to get a loan.. thats just not reality.. points may be limited by law... but junk fee's are not and they will add up to 4k or more EVERY TIME .. unless its a private lender who is not to swift

It won't last long, and it will be easier for you than it was for me, trust me :)This is an unfortunate situation, but I think it will end swiftly such as SARS did 17 years ago once the weather starts warming up.

This works well in Texas with swift foreclosure laws, but I could see this strategy being crazy in leftist states.
